Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank staff (Banca / Broka / channel) or channel partners.
Promote and sell life/general insurance products to potential customers.
Achieve sales targets through effective lead generation and customer engagement.
Provide post-sales service and build long-term customer relationships.
Train and motivate bank/channel partners to generate consistent business.
Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
Minimum 1-3 years in insurance sales (Life/Health/General)
Experience in banca broka or agency/channel sales is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-driven with a passion for sales and customer service.
Local language proficiency is a plus.
