As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will play a critical role in driving our insurance business through strategic partnerships with banks and channel networks. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank staff (Banca / Broka / channel) or channel partners. Promote and sell life/general insurance products to potential customers. Achieve sales targets through effective lead generation and customer engagement. Provide post-sales service and build long-term customer relationships. Train and motivate bank/channel partners to generate consistent business. Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and compliance requirements. Who We're Looking For: Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in insurance sales (Life/Health/General) Experience in banca broka or agency/channel sales is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
