Insurance Operations Analyst

As an Insurance Operations Analyst at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in helping insurers enhance their customer experience and drive sustainable growth through innovation. Your responsibilities will include: - Having 2 years of experience in the US Group Insurance domain, with a preference for Billing experience, or similar experience in another insurance domain - Proficiency in Insurance accounting system and check and cash app applications - Demonstrating strong analytical skills to understand and analyze information effectively - Familiarity with MS Office Tools, with a preference for MS Excel In this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities: - Ability to establish strong client relationships - Skill in handling disputes and managing multiple stakeholders - Capability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure - Experience in managing, researching, and resolving unallocated cash balances - Preparation, monitoring, and analysis of various business enabling reports like AR Aging, High Dollar Funds in suspense, Write-off, etc. - Responding to billing inquiries and requests from internal and external clients on billing issues - Collaborating with clients and onshore teams to resolve premium variances - Application of cash against transactions for which the client has paid the funds - Updating and sending the funding report Qualifications required for this position include: - Bachelor of Dental Surgery/Bachelor of Pharmacy/Bachelor in Physiotherapy - 3 to 5 years of experience - Graduate in any stream - Experience in the US Group Life and Disability domain is preferred but not mandatory Additionally, you should be open to flexible shifts based on business requirements, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, have good verbal & written communication skills, good typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Your roles and responsibilities as an Insurance Operations Analyst at Accenture will involve analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems. Your interactions will primarily be with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. You may have limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management. You will receive moderate-level instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments. The decisions you make will impact your own work and may also affect the work of others.
