Position: Insurance Manager

Location: Vijayawada

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in automobile insurance, specifically in new car insurance and renewals. Must have a background in the automobile sector.

Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the entire vehicle insurance process, including renewals.

2. Build and maintain relationships with insurance providers to ensure competitive rates and service offerings.

3. Coordinate with the sales team to offer seamless insurance solutions to customers purchasing new vehicles.

4. Handle the renewal process, including timely reminders, policy updates, and customer support.

5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards related to insurance.

6. Monitor and analyze insurance claim trends to provide insights and suggest improvements.

7. Provide training and guidance to team members on insurance processes and best practices.

Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and industry trends.

2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
