Job Description

As a Team Leader in Insurance Operations, your role will involve leading a team to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of insurance operations. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the insurance operations team to meet targets and deliver high-quality service - Providing guidance and support to team members to enhance their performance - Resolving escalated issues and ensuring timely resolution of insurance claims - Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Team Leader in insurance operations - In-depth knowledge of medical insurance claim processes in a hospital setup, particularly in Medisep & Private Insurance - Familiarity with TPA handling is preferred - Understanding of KASP, ECHS, and CGHS will be an added advantage Please note that the salary for this position will be based on your experience.
