Mandatory Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Cashless Claims & Reimbursement Procedures
• Hands-on experience with Medisep and Private Insurance claim processes
• ECHS process knowledge (added advantage)
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support the hospital insurance claims team
• Provide patient counseling on documentation, claim process, and settlement
• Manage settlement, discharge, and claim submission procedures accurately
• Coordinate with insurance providers, TPAs, and internal departments
• Ensure timely closure of all claims and maintain proper documentation
• Handle escalations and troubleshoot claim-related issues effectively
  

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Good understanding of hospital workflows & insurance protocols
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently
