Position: Works Manager

Location: Khammam

Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in Automobile industry

Education: B. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Attending safety meetings to ensure the service team abides by safety policies and procedures
• Mentoring the service staff by promoting an environment where they can grow and excel in their craft
• Managing a team of Service Technicians and Advisors
• Maintaining customer relationships to ensure repeat customers by handling customer concerns in a timely manner
• Minimises comebacks by conducting periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and service quality
• Implement strategies to optimise workflows and reduce operational costs
• Lead, train, and motivate the operational team

Requirements:

• 4 to 5 years ‘proven experience as a Works Manager in the automobile industry
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to manage operations and maintain high service standards
• Experience in cost control and efficiency optimisation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
