Insurance Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Engage with existing clients to identify opportunities for cross-selling suitable insurance products (life, health, term, general).
  
• Conduct need-based analysis to recommend appropriate solutions aligned with client goals.
  
• Manage the end-to-end insurance process including:
• Proposal form filling and documentation
• Coordination with insurers/TPAs for underwriting and issuance
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards
  
• Provide timely updates and maintain transparent communication with clients throughout the process.
  
• Maintain accurate client and policy records in the internal systems.
  
• Achieve assigned sales and process efficiency targets.
  

Build long-term client trust by ensuring after-sales service and renewals support.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline and Insurance background is preferred.
  
• 13 years of experience in insurance sales, banking, or financial services.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to handle documentation and regulatory compliance with attention to detail.
