Job Description

Duckcreek - Senior

Job Purpose:

The Senior Developer in the Technology Consulting team will work on various Duckcreek policy implementation projects for our customers across the globe.

Responsibilities:

A technical lead with strong leadership qualities and good knowledge in P&C Insurance.

Will be expected to work in a team setting, providing guidance to the junior team members.

Will be responsible to communicate status and updates to onsite and project manager.

Should be able to give technical support/guidance and keep the project moving.

Experience/Skills Requirements:

In depth knowledge in Duck Creek architecture and Policy functionalities.

Good understanding of Policy and Billing and claims interactions, ability to understand and analyse business requirements.

Experience on Pages/View Model, Rating, Forms, TransACT, Batch Script

Familiarity with production support processes including incident and issue resolution

Good to have knowledge of Duck Creek Platform or ISO template upgrade process

Should possess strong analytical, communication, organizational and technology skills

Deliver high-quality product-based customizations.

Ability to implement complex solutions independently.

Good understanding of Agile methodology.

Communicate with cross team leads for any proposed design or solution while concurrently addressing technical issues and risks in a collaborative manner.
