Job Title: Insurance Consultant Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 (Fixed) + ₹10,000 (Performance Incentives) Location: Bhubaneswar Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Consultant to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products, building client relationships, and achieving monthly targets. This position offers a competitive fixed salary along with attractive performance-based incentives. Key Responsibilities: Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable insurance products. Generate leads through calls, referrals, and networking. Explain policy details, benefits, and terms clearly to customers. Achieve monthly sales targets for policies and premium collection. Maintain records of sales and follow up with clients for renewals. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for long-term engagement. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Prior experience in insurance sales, banking, or telecalling is an advantage. Good communication and negotiation skills. Target-driven and self-motivated. Basic computer knowledge. Benefits: Fixed salary between ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 based on experience. Incentives up to ₹10,000 per month based on performance.
