As a Change Management and Transformation Consultant specializing in Capital Markets within Accenture's Capability Network, you will collaborate with global teams to assist investment banks, asset and wealth managers, and exchanges in preparing for the digital future of capital markets. Your role involves working on various initiatives such as client challenges, organization change management, transformation projects, process optimization, data governance, and methodology refinements.
