T Role Description We're seeking a dedicated Insurance Claims Coordinator to serve as the critical link between our organization and insurance providers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving while ensuring our company's interests are protected. What You'll Do: Manage end-to-end claims process from incident documentation to settlement. Coordinate with insurance carriers and third-party adjusters. Investigate and document workplace incidents, property damage, and liability events. Maintain comprehensive claim files and ensure regulatory compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams. Monitor claim progress and negotiate favourable outcomes. Prepare detailed reports for senior management on claims activity and trends. What We're Looking For: 2+ years experience in insurance, claims management, or related field. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Knowledge of insurance policies and claims procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software. Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field).
