Key responsibilities

  • Sales and business growth:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.   
    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales managers or agents to drive productivity.   
    • Expand the customer base through new business opportunities.   
  • Team and operational management:

    • Oversee all daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.   
    • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.   
    • Conduct training and skill development sessions for staff.   
  • Compliance and risk management:

    • Ensure the branch and team comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.   
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and industry standards.   
  • Customer relationship management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.   
    • Address customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly.   
  • Financial and performance monitoring:

    • Manage the branch's financial performance.   
    • Analyze performance reports, market trends, and competitor activities.   
    • Report findings and performance to senior management.
