Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Insurance Business Analyst with 7 to 15 years of experience to join our team in Pune/Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the UK Savings & Retirement sector, Customer Services Transformation, and Subject matter knowledge.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions.
Develop and maintain deep platform experience, including FNZ, TCS BaNCS, Sonata, and iPipeline.
Apply Data Analytics, AI, and Machine Learning techniques to drive business growth.
Provide customer services transformation expertise to enhance customer experience.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of pensions and retirement domains, with experience in insurance BA roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and stakeholders.
Experience with data analytics, AI, and machine learning, along with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering high-quality results.
Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies, such as CRM software and data analysis tools.
