Description And Requirements

Proactively manage all applications by engaging regularly with underwriters, advisers & adviser support staffDeliver and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills when engaging with internal / external stakeholdersApply a keen understanding of MetLife’s products, relevant legislation & underwriting considerations in undertaking administrative and adviser service activitiesPrompt & efficient communication with Internal/External customers/advisors with appropriate documentationComplete all underwriting administration support transactions in an effective manner and within agreed service levelsSeek out innovative and creative ways to improve MetLife’s process and procedures.Other duties as required by the reporting manager or capability leadSupport in execution of process improvementsSupport with reporting responsibilitiesResearching and resolving complex issuesAnalyze, validate and process transactions as per Desktop proceduresClear and accurate written and verbal communication (Scripted and Templatized) with employee, employer & overseas business resources by emailEnsure assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standardsEnsure quality of transaction is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by Process ExcellenceAbility to communicate effective with stakeholders via emails to have logical discussion
