Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance and Risk Management Advisor based in Mengio. The Advisor will be responsible for assessing clients’ insurance needs, developing customized insurance and risk management solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key tasks include evaluating risk exposure, advising on appropriate insurance coverages, negotiating policy terms, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Advisor will also be required to stay updated on industry trends and contribute to business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Insurance assessment, developing risk management solutions, and understanding various types of insurance coverage
• Client relationship management, strong negotiation skills, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations
• Ability to evaluate risk exposure and develop strategies to mitigate these risks
• Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional qualifications in insurance or risk management are a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in insurance broking or risk management
