Insurance Agent/Advisor

We are looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented, and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves promoting and selling both general insurance products and life insurance policies. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and acquire new clients through cold calls, field visits, networking, referrals, and online channels. Conduct needs analysis to understand the client’s insurance requirements for both life and general insurance coverage. Present appropriate product solutions tailored to client requirements and clearly explain policy features, benefits, premiums, terms, and conditions. Stay updated on various insurance product offerings, claim processes, industry regulations, and compliance requirements. Achieve assigned sales targets for both general and life insurance products on a monthly and quarterly basis. Maintain strong follow-ups with prospective clients and ensure smooth onboarding and documentation processes. Regularly connect with existing clients for policy renewals, upgrades, add-on coverages, and cross-selling of other insurance products. Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently, ensuring a smooth claims and servicing experience. Generate and maintain reports related to sales activities, client interactions, and daily productivity.
