Insurance Agent

You should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the insurance sector, preferably in agency verticals within General Insurance Companies or Insurance Brokerage Firms. Your track record should demonstrate successful management of customer relationships and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will include meeting and servicing existing POSP agents to enhance sales growth, handling customer inquiries effectively, collaborating with the Girnar Insurance Head Office Team for seamless sales process execution, developing and implementing offline training and servicing processes for POSP agents, leveraging local agent networks for business opportunities, consistently achieving monthly sales targets, identifying and communicating customer needs for improved satisfaction, developing and implementing marketing strategies to expand the customer base, maintaining high motivation and ownership in driving channel performance, and traveling frequently for business engagements. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in any field, possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written), have basic knowledge of Motor and General Insurance with a keen interest in excelling in sales, be proficient in English and any other local language (preferred), and exhibit high motivation to excel in a challenging environment.
