Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Insurance Advisor based in Lucknow, with some work from home acceptable. The Insurance Advisor will assist clients in understanding and choosing appropriate insurance plans, provide consultations, and offer support in managing insurance policies. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, addressing their insurance needs, guiding them through the paperwork, managing renewals, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Insurance and Finance
• Experience in Consulting and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
• Proficient in using insurance management software
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
