Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Insurance Advisor. The Insurance Advisor will provide personalized financial consultation to clients, help them choose suitable insurance products, and assist in their overall financial planning. The role involves understanding customer needs, offering tailored life insurance solutions, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Additionally, the Insurance Advisor will work to achieve individual and team sales targets while adhering to company guidelines and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Insurance products and knowledge of the finance sector
• Proven skills in Consulting and providing financial advice to clients
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to establish and maintain long-term client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interactions with clients and team
• Proficiency in sales strategies and achieving business targets
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance, Marketing, or related fields)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
