Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Advisor based in Tiruppur. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for identifying customer insurance needs, providing advice on life insurance policies, and helping customers choose appropriate protection, savings, and investment options. Daily tasks include maintaining strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, consulting clients on financial planning, and delivering a seamless client service experience. The role also involves staying informed on insurance industry updates and company products to provide reliable support to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Insurance and Finance
• Experience in Consulting and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Sales acumen with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Relevant certifications or experience in insurance and financial services are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
