Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Insurance Advisor, located in Lucknow with some work-from-home flexibility. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for consulting and providing customized insurance solutions to clients, building and maintaining client relationships, assisting clients with their insurance needs, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client needs, explaining various insurance products, and helping clients with policy management and claims.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Insurance and Finance
• Strong Consulting skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
