Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Advisor located in Bhubaneswar. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for providing expert advice on life insurance products, assessing clients' needs, and offering tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, explaining policy features and benefits, assisting with policy applications, and providing ongoing customer support. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Insurance and thorough understanding of finance-related matters
• Strong consulting skills and ability to provide tailored advice
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Relevant experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
• As per IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) guidelines, every candidate must complete mandatory training and pass the IRDAI exam to get the Insurance Advisor license.
• IRDAI Exam Fee: ₹567 (to be paid by the candidate).
• Complete training support and study materials will be provided.
• This is commission based work after giving 10 lakh of business then you will promote to ESM manager your salary will be 30K
