Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Insurance Advisor, based in Lucknow with some work-from-home flexibility. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for consulting clients on various insurance products, providing financial advice, and assisting with the selection and purchase of insurance policies. Daily tasks include client meetings, understanding customers' insurance needs, offering suitable insurance options, and providing exceptional customer service and communication. The role also involves handling customer queries, policy renewals, and claims assistance.

• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build client relationships
• Experience in the insurance or financial sector is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
