Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Instrumentation Engineer with 4 to 10 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PLC and HMI programming, PID control, and Control Valves.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop instrumentation systems, including PLC programs and HMI interfaces.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to instrumentation systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of instrumentation systems.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Conduct site visits to inspect and test instrumentation systems.
Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) in Instrumentation or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in instrumentation engineering, focusing on PLC and HMI programming.
Strong knowledge of PID control, Control Valves, and SCADA programming.
Experience with boiler operation, instrumentation, interlocks, safety protocols, and sequence development for start and stop of boilers.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
