📍 Location: Chennai 🕒 Experience: 15+ Years Mail : info@mavericknest.com Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Instrumentation Engineer with strong technical expertise in instrumentation systems and preventive maintenance planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing engineering documents and preparing comprehensive PM plans aligned with client and ERP requirements. Key Responsibilities: Review P&IDs, Cause & Effect Diagrams, I/O Lists, SIL documents, and OEM manuals to gather inputs for developing Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans for all instrumentation assets. Interpret and analyze DCS, ESD, PLC, and SIL systems to ensure accurate maintenance strategy development. Understand client processes and operational requirements to deliver effective maintenance solutions. Prepare and schedule PM plans in line with ERP (SAP) standards and maintenance frameworks. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance, reliability, and safety of instrumentation systems. Knowledge of CMMS and maintenance management tools will be an added advantage. Qualifications: 🎓 BE (Instrumentation) or Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering Added Advantage: Experience in Oil & Gas or any process industry Working knowledge of CMMS and maintenance planning tools
