Job Description: Insight Flyer, a professional airline pilot training center situated in Gurugram, is currently seeking a dedicated Instructor to join our team. In this full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for providing expert training in navigation, regulation, and meteorology as part of the IndiGo Cadet Pilot Program. Your primary duties will include conducting classes, delivering hands-on training, and ensuring that students meet the necessary standards for pilot certification. As an Instructor at Insight Flyer, you will be expected to possess expertise in Airline Pilot Training, Aviation, and Flight Operations. Your ability to conduct engaging classes and provide practical training will be crucial in shaping the future pilots under your guidance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively interacting with students and facilitating their learning process.
