About Us: BRICKS Education is a youth-led movement transforming education by blending cultural wisdom with real-world skills. We run workshops and interactive programs inside schools to foster innovation, creativity, and critical thinking in students. Role Overview: We’re hiring passionate and energetic instructors to conduct hands-on tech workshops for school students in and around Pilani. As an instructor, you will be directly teaching and mentoring students in basic electronics, programming (Arduino, sensors, etc.), and helping them prepare for tech-based competitions. Key Responsibilities: Teach students basic electronics, Arduino programming, and simple robotics projects Help students build and present projects during exhibitions Prepare students for inter-school tech competitions Work collaboratively with the BRICKS team to ensure smooth sessions Who We’re Looking For: Passion for teaching and mentoring students Basic knowledge of Arduino, circuits, or robotics (training can be provided) Good communication skills and energy to manage student engagement Availability for in-person sessions in Pilani region Prior experience in teaching or workshops is a bonus
