You will be responsible for training Content Moderators whose role is analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Due to the nature of the role, the individual and you may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns.Content moderation is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, individuals may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). Therefore, any role supporting content moderation needs strong resilience and coping skills. Familiarity with Quality & NSAT framework and feedback delivery approach Roles and Responsibilities: Change Impact Analysis:Assess and document the potential impact of proposedchanges on various stakeholders and business processes. Identify and analyze risksassociated with changes and propose mitigation strategies. Change Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation relatedto change management activities, including change requests, impact assessments, andchange plans. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible. Support Change Planning:Assist in the development and implementation of changemanagement plans and strategies. Collaborate with project teams to integrate changemanagement activities into project plans. Stakeholder Communication:Support communication efforts by preparing materialssuch as newsletters, presentations, and reports. Help ensure that stakeholders areinformed about changes and understand their roles in the change process. Training and Support:Assist in the design and delivery of training programs to helpemployees adapt to changes. Provide support to stakeholders during the transitionperiod, addressing their questions and concerns. Monitoring and Reporting:Track the progress of change initiatives and evaluatetheir effectiveness. Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders, prepare reports onchange management activities, and make recommendations for improvements. Qualifications Any Graduation
