• Design & Develop Finance-Focused Learning

  : Create high-quality instructional programs (eLearning, video, ILT, blended) on finance topics, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Needs Analysis & Impact Measurement

  : Conduct needs assessments, define effective learning strategies, and measure business impact.

• Expert Collaboration & Content Development

  : Work closely with finance SMEs, process owners, and peers to synthesize complex financial concepts into engaging learning solutions.

• Instructional Standards & Best Practices

  : Apply instructional design principles to develop storyboards, write scripts, and collaborate with content developers to produce polished deliverables.

• Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  : Evaluate course effectiveness, incorporate feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance learning design in response to business or industry changes.

Skills:

Instructional Designer

• Create complex, multi-audience learning programs (eLearning, video, instructor-led, blended, assessments) from the ground up.
• Extract and synthesize highly technical finance-related content into easy-to-understand learning materials.
• Develop learning assets using

  Articulate Storyline, Rise (must-have), Camtasia, WellSaid Labs, Synthesia, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator

  .
• Use

  Kirkpatricks training evaluation model

  to measure learning effectiveness and optimize future content.

• 2+ years

  of experience in instructional design, preferably in a

  finance or enterprise product organization

  .
• Ability to work independently,

  manage multiple projects simultaneously

  , and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Excellent

  verbal and written communication, scriptwriting, and editing skills
