Instructional Designer (with SME Skills) AR/VR/MR Content

• Set Design learning experiences and storyboards for AR/VR/MR content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop accurate, standards-aligned educational material.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, learning paths, and assessments for immersive experiences.
• Write scripts and define clear learning objectives
• Act as a subject expert to review and validate educational content
• Ensure content follows instructional design best practices, cognitive learning principles, and accessibility standards.
• Create assessments to evaluate learning outcomes.
• Provide feedback on visuals and interactivity to ensure content quality.
• Stay updated on trends in immersive and digital learning.
• Monitor trends in immersive learning, EdTech, and instructional design to continually improve our offerings.

• 2-4 years of experience as Instructional Designer.
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, STEM, or related field.
• Proven experience in instructional design, preferably in AR/VR/MR environments.
• Strong Subject Matter Expertise (especially in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
• Hands-on experience with authoring tools and AR/VR/MR development platforms.
• Knowledge of learning theories, instructional strategies, and assessment methodologies.
• Excellent communication, writing, and visualization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
