About The Team You will be joining the Fulfillment and Experience (F&E) team at Meesho working on enabling Meesho deliver a world-class experience to their customers. As one of the prime movers in the e-commerce logistics ecosystem, the F&E team are solving industry-defining problems at scale that few startups can offer globally. About The Role We are looking for a talented Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong visual aesthetic and a passion for creating compelling designs across various platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions to effectively communicate and engage our audience. What You Will Do Will assist in developing and implementing new training tools and materials and will take on the full responsibility of training material &updates to ensure that the most current information, tools and resources are available and in use. Collaborate with stakeholders, product, and other teams to ensure design alignment with organization strategy and objectives. Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design quality and effectiveness. Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Assist in the production of video content and animations as needed. Develop training program based on skills, knowledge, information, and attitude gaps of a targeted audience What You Will Need Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role (2+ years preferred). Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, VYOND, Canva, Articulate storyline 360) Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative capabilities. Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs. Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro). Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience designing for web and mobile. Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge Proficiencies in MS Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills with sharp business acumen Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts Show more Show less
