Instructional Designer & Storyline Developer (Hindi Language Proficiency Required)

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze learning requirements and define effective learning objectives.
Design engaging instructional strategies using adult learning principles.
Develop interactive and visually appealing eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.
Prepare detailed storyboards, scripts, and visual design outlines.
Collaborate closely with SMEs, visual designers, QA team, and project managers.
Create content that is linguistically accurate and culturally relevant for Hindi-speaking learners.
Review and revise content based on internal and client feedback.
Ensure output meets accessibility and usability standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3 to 4 years of relevant experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and other rapid authoring tools.
Strong grasp of instructional models (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, etc.).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi (reading, writing, speaking) and English.
Ability to manage time, multitask, and meet project deadlines.
