Instructional Designer

As an Instructional Designer for Learning and Development (L&D) at Zelis, your primary responsibility is to design, develop, implement, and measure the impact of end-to-end learning programs. You will focus on aligning learning initiatives with Zelis business goals and culture while incorporating best practices in adult learning, organizational learning, and leadership development. By leveraging stakeholder requirements and audience insights, you will create innovative, evidence-based learning solutions, including researching and recommending new design and assessment tactics.
