Instructional Designer - SAP / Oracle

Role Description

This is a full time contractual hybrid (2 days office visit must in a week) role for an Instructional Designer specializing in SAP/Oracle. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, designing instructional materials, developing curricula, and managing learning projects. Daily tasks will include creating engaging e-learning modules, coordinating with subject matter experts, and continuously optimizing training programs to align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Needs Analysis and Instructional Design
• Proficiency in Training & Development and Learning Management
• Experience in Curriculum Development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with SAP/Oracle and related technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field

Roles & Responsibilities

• Knowledge of instructional design concepts and adult learning theories
• Oracle implementation program (Exposure to ERP experience will be an added advantage)
• Hands-on experience in creating storyboards / power presentations for eLearning, ILTs, Job aids and vILTs
• Ability to directly interact with client SMEs, seek clarifications from them, and create material that meet the client specified-requirements
• Exposure to content authoring tools is desirable Whatfix, Walk ME etc…

Required Skills

• 6 to 8+ years of experience in creating relevant learning content
• Instructional Design, ERP experience , Strong English written skills
• Storyboarding, experience, specifically in creating eLearning, ILT and vILT based training content.
