Sr. Instructional Designer - Oracle Implementation Experience

Role Description

This is a full time contractual hybrid (2 days office visit must in a week) role for a Sr. Instructional Designer with Oracle Implementation Experience. The Sr. Instructional Designer will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, designing instructional materials, developing training programs, and managing learning management systems. Daily tasks will include curriculum development, creating engaging and interactive e-learning content, and continuously optimizing learning solutions to align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Skills in Needs Analysis and Learning Management
• Experience in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development
• Proficiency in Training & Development
• Strong understanding of Oracle implementation processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field; Master's preferred
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools and platforms is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities

• Knowledge of instructional design concepts and adult learning theories

• Oracle implementation program (Exposure to ERP experience will be an added advantage)

• Hands-on experience in creating storyboards / power presentations for eLearning, ILTs, Job aids and vILTs

• Ability to directly interact with client SMEs, seek clarifications from them, and create material that meet the client specified-requirements

• Exposure to content authoring tools is desirable Whatfix, Walk ME etc…

Required Skills

• 6 to 8+ years of experience in creating relevant learning content
• Instructional Design, ERP experience , Strong English written skills
• Storyboarding, experience, specifically in creating eLearning, ILT and vILT based training content
