Multitask and work on various org wide initiatives thereby improving employee engagementNetworking (internal/ external) to manage and fulfil engagement needs for the orgosre, creating modules for LMS Job
Description Support with Deployment and assessment of org- wide engagement initiatives already in place in the org
Identify, Build and Deploy Engagement initiatives impacting overall engagement and retention for the organisation
Build and Deploy framework to assess/ measure employee experience and learning effectiveness post training
Assess engagement requirements, Build and Deploy engagement initiatives across the org Build and Deploy framework to assess, measure and enhance employee experience and effectiveness post engagement Build systems and modules for learning Work with the Org
Leadership to identify cultural nuances and build culture appreciation within the organisation Participate in/ Contribute to building systems, processes and policies where required with Senior Leadership of the organisation and group
