Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging and effective e-learning content. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Adobe tools, including Articulate and Captivate, and should be able to design, develop, and implement high-quality instructional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and other instructional design tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create interactive and engaging training modules.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and multimedia elements for digital learning solutions.
• Conduct needs analysis and define learning objectives for training programs.
• Review and refine course content based on feedback and usability testing.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in instructional design and e-learning technologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and other Adobe tools.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Experience in developing SCORM-compliant e-learning content.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹260,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
