Job Title: Instructional Designer Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore Experience: Minimum 2 years Employment Type: Full-time Joining: Immediate Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging and effective e-learning content. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Adobe tools, including Articulate and Captivate , and should be able to design, develop, and implement high-quality instructional materials. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate , and other instructional design tools. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create interactive and engaging training modules. Develop storyboards, scripts, and multimedia elements for digital learning solutions. Conduct needs analysis and define learning objectives for training programs. Review and refine course content based on feedback and usability testing. Stay updated with the latest trends in instructional design and e-learning technologies. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development. Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and other Adobe tools . Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Experience in developing SCORM-compliant e-learning content. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
