As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and effective learning materials. Your work will contribute to enhancing the skills and knowledge of the freelancers, ensuring that learning initiatives align with business vision. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and other stakeholders to design and develop various training deliverables, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT) materials, and blended learning solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs, create instructional materials (eLearning, ILT, assessments), and ensure content alignment with best practices and company values. Content Quality and Improvement: Conduct testing, quality assurance, and continuous enhancement of training materials based on feedback and performance data. Project Management and Innovation: Maintain project plans, stay updated with instructional design trends, and provide support to instructors on new training methods and technologies. Requirements: Previous experience as an Instructional Designer or in a similar role (preferred). Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and best practices. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities. Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on emerging instructional design trends and technologies.
