Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Instructional Designer located in Indore. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating engaging learning materials, developing instructional content, collaborating with subject matter experts, and ensuring learning objectives are met. Qualifications Experience in Instructional Design and eLearning development Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate Strong visual design skills and ability to storyboard content Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field Show more Show less
