Job Description

Mandatory

Bachelor degree in engineering or master degree in Science, English, or Education
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer
Experience in developing Web based training (WBT) solutions for corporate customers on business processes, engineering, soft skills, compliance courses, etc.
Knowledge on adult learning theories (ADDIE, Blooms, Kirkpatrick) and instructional design theories and best practices
Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel with Medium-to-Advanced level of competency
Hands on experience in applying the different content writing style guides (MSTP, Chicago) and customer-specific style guides.

Preferred

Certification related to instructional design/ training methodologies is preferred.
Rapid eLearning tools such as Captivate, Storyline with Basic level competency
Knowledge in Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred
