Sales Manager: Institutional Sales

Sales Manager for business development with Institutional Sales to PSUs, Government Organizations, Large Industries, Industrial consumers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1) Liaison with

• Institutional Buyers of Paints (Large/Medium/Small Industries, Builders)
• Governmental Buyers (CPWDs, Railways, Ordnance Factories, SRTCs, Oil Marketing Companies and others)
• Quality Assurance Departments

2) Working on securing tenders through Gem Portal and follow-up on supply and payment realization.

Desired Experiences and Skills

• Previous experience in managing Institutional Business, preferably for Paint manufacturers.
• Existing relationships with Procurement Managers within buyer Entities.

Salary:

• Salary Not a constraint for suitable candidates.
• Incentive and commission on bases of sales and payment realization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Paint Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Institutional Sales: 3 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
