With a large retail presence of self-owned stores and a robust e-commerce; the Hidesign group also owns 2 hotels and a department store in Pondicherry.

Designation: Institutional Sales Head

Location: Pondicherry

Position Description

· Business head for all corporate, direct, domestic & international business.

· Sourcing business directly from corporates as well as managing orders received.

· Liaison with agencies specializing in corporate sales and with our regional sales managers.

· Marketing of corporate sales through digital and offline, in coordination with marketing team.

Hiring Profile:

· Any Masters with 09-17 years’ overall experience in the corporate sales/ Institutional sales or Business Development function of progressive well managed companies.

· Deep understanding and contacts of the retail sector mandatory and have ability to bring the corporate business in.

· Knowledge of Corporate clients, functions, Payment collections

· Robust revenue and profitability focus, with an ability to track business metrics on a regular basis.

· Possess strong business focus. And able to set in place structures/systems and processes.

· A hands on manager who can prioritize business issues and manage them in an aggressive manner.

· Familiarity and comfort with Corporate order negotiations – should have the ability to bring the orders and translate it to business and commercial discussions

· Appreciation of premium products useful, to be able to relate to the needs of the business and adapt to the culture

· Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills.

· Strong people management, iron clad integrity.

· Entrepreneurial, and possess a proactive approach. Strong bias for action.

· A deep desire and commitment to create truly outstanding output at all times.

· Follow up with design team to offer the right customized production.
