Urgently required RO Filter technician in G Katt Solutions

Location : Ponnani

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair RO water purification systems and related equipment.
• Conduct regular service visits for filter replacement, cleaning, and system performance checks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues such as leakage, low water flow, or electrical faults.
• Ensure proper water quality testing after system installation or repair.
• Maintain service logs, customer records, and inventory of spare parts.
• Provide customers with guidance on the operation and maintenance of RO systems.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the customer support team for timely service scheduling.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with technical knowledge can apply).
• Basic knowledge of water purification systems, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls efficiently.
• Willingness to travel for field visits.

Additional Requirements

• Valid two-wheeler license (preferred).
• Physically fit to carry out field work and handle equipment.
