Installation Engineer

Job Responsibilities: Provide technical support for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of smart home automation devices (Aqara, Apple HomeKit, Loxone, etc.) Assist the on-site team in setting up Wi-Fi networks, smart switches, sensors, curtain motors, smart locks, and automation hubs. Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Maintain detailed documentation of installed systems, product configurations, and troubleshooting logs. Offer remote support to clients as required through calls, video assistance, or remote access tools. Stay updated with the latest in smart home technology and attend internal product training sessions. Candidate Requirements: Basic knowledge of home automation, smart devices, or networking (Wi-Fi routers, IP addresses, mobile apps). Experience with Aqara or Apple HomeKit is a plus, but not mandatory. Must have good communication skills in English and Hindi. Willingness to work on-site and travel to client locations when needed (local travel). Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
