Installation and Service Engineer

As a Park Plus Systems Technician, your role involves installing, configuring, and commissioning Park Plus products and systems at customer sites. You will be responsible for performing regular maintenance and service checks on installed systems to ensure optimal performance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues and system malfunctions - Providing timely and effective repairs to minimize system downtime - Training customers and end-users on the operation and maintenance of Park Plus systems - Maintaining accurate service records, including maintenance logs and repair documentation - Collaborating with the engineering and technical support teams to resolve complex issues - Providing technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits - Staying updated on the latest product developments, industry trends, and technical advancements - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities In addition, as a Park Plus Systems Technician, you will be required to travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site service and support.
