Installation and Service Engineer

As a Service Technician at Bevcon Zentry, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial doors and dock equipment across various client sites. Your responsibilities will include: - Traveling to client sites across multiple states to perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks - Conducting technical assessments, troubleshooting issues, and following safety protocols - Communicating effectively with clients and team members - Preparing detailed service reports and documentation - Responding promptly to service calls and ensuring timely resolution of issues To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: - Diploma or ITI in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering - 1-2 years of experience in installation or maintenance services, preferably in industrial equipment - Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi Additionally, you should possess the following requirements: - Willingness to travel extensively and stay overnight when required - Physical ability to work with industrial equipment and tools - Basic computer skills for documentation purposes - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer service orientation Bevcon Zentry, a Hyderabad-based company established in 2007, specializes in the supply, installation, and maintenance of Insulated Shutters, High-Speed Doors, and Dock Levelers across various industries.
