The Role: What You'll Do

• Strategy & Planning:

  Develop and execute comprehensive Instagram growth strategies focused on increasing reach, engagement, and follower count for personal brand clients.

• Organic Growth:

  Implement best practices for Reels, Stories, Carousels and Posts to maximise organic visibility and engagement rates.

• Paid Growth (Ads):

  Plan, set up, and manage Instagram advertising campaigns (Meta Ads) for follower acquisition, driving traffic, and promoting key content, with a focus on high ROI.

• Content Collaboration:

  Work closely with the Content Writer and Visual Team to ensure all content aligns with the growth strategy and client brand voice.

• Performance Reporting:

  Track, analyse, and report on key growth metrics (impressions, reach, engagement, conversion) weekly and monthly, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Trend Monitoring:

  Stay current with all platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to keep client strategies ahead of the curve.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience

  managing and scaling Instagram accounts, specifically for

  personal brands

  .
• Deep expertise in

  both organic growth techniques and running successful paid Instagram campaigns (Meta Ads Manager).

• Strong analytical skills: you must be comfortable translating data into strategic action.
• Excellent understanding of Instagram's various content formats (Reels, Lives, Guides, etc.) and how to leverage them for growth.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
• Min Qualification: Graduation
