Job Description Role Overview: As an Insider Sales professional at PARTYWITTY, your main responsibility will be to engage with potential customers to understand their party needs and provide detailed information about available packages. You will offer personalized recommendations and manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, customer follow-ups, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the sales team to devise strategies for maximizing sales opportunities will also be a part of your role.
