Key Responsibilities:

Location: Gurgaon

Role: Inside sales

Job description:

We are searching for an engaged Inside Sales/Lead Generation Representative to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients. To this end, the person will be required to obtain lists of individuals' information, and to source data for additional members of the target audience. You should also jot down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow ups by our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and regularly update databases with accurate contact information.
Reach out to both existing and prospective clients to promote and sell products.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Relay confirmed verbal agreements to the sales team to complete the closing process.
Document all sales activities, including both successful and unsuccessful attempts.
Participate in team meetings to review performance goals and align on progress.
Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.

Job specification:

Atleast 3+ year experience.
Must be a graduate
Very good communication skill in english.
Should be profieciant in mail drafting
Must have experience in SaaS/CPaaS/CCaaS/software products.
